Bio

I am a bilingual queer Chilean-American who engages communities through writing and artistic practices involving magical realism, joy, and play.  

 I received a Mirrors and Windows Fellowship through the Loft Literary Center, have a picture book, Nana and Abuela, am a member of SCBWI, and have created many interactive art installations.

I live with my wife, niece, and nephew in Minneapolis, MN where I befriend local librarians, mend clothes, and stoop sit.
